Refund Policy

TalkCharge is committed to process all refunds within 24-48 hours of recharge or bill payment failure, back into user's TalkCharge account to help them make hassle free transaction.

Who can get the refund?

TalkCharge process refund only if payment was successful and user was not able to get recharge.

Please note that in case like user selects wrong operator or the number entered was not correct, we are not responsible for any such type of failure and we do not take any responsibility for such refunds.

How to request for refund?

In many cases you do not need to ask for refund, it is process automatically from our side. However if you feel that you have not received the refund yet or you want to request us directly, you can use our Contact Us form or write us at care@talkcharge.com
