During any transaction between the user and the merchant/service provider, TalkCharge does not take ownership of the products/services provided by the merchant, nor does it assert any rights or claims over them. The cancellation/refund process is governed by the terms and conditions of the aggregator or the merchant/vendor. TalkCharge has no involvement in determining refund/cancellation charges and will not be held responsible for any associated costs.

If you mistakenly send a payment, or make a transaction be it but not limited to Prepaid or Postpaid to the wrong number/account or for the wrong amount, TalkCharge bears no liability in such instances. Your sole recourse is to directly contact the third party to whom the payment was sent or transaction was done and request a refund, if applicable. TalkCharge does not provide refunds or reversals for payments erroneously made by you. All sales of prepaid recharge, utility payment, giftcard/gift vouchers on the TalkCharge platform are considered final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted. You are responsible for providing the correct mobile number, DTH account number, or other Utility account/consumer/service number details when doing the transaction, and you will bear all charges resulting from these transactions. This responsibility extends to information related to recharges, dth, utility bill payment and similar services.

TalkCharge is not liable for any prepaid recharge purchases made for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number, data card information, or similar services. The platform disclaims any accountability for legal issues, losses, damages, or other consequences arising from the actions, omissions, or any other conduct of the user on its website/mobile application. TalkCharge is only a service provider & intermediary, and as such, stands indemnified from any accountability that might arise because of the same. By visiting or using the TalkCharge website/mobile application, you implicitly confirm and accept this disclaimer.

Please review the terms and conditions provided by the merchant/vendor on their website or platform. TalkCharge is not liable for any difficulty you may encounter in accessing these terms and conditions or for any losses resulting from them or their absence. You expressly agree and acknowledge that the actual contract for sale exists directly between you and the merchant/vendor.

TalkCharge does not have control over or prevent changes in the published details and descriptions of websites/apps operated by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor, and it is not accountable for any content therein. The platform lacks control over the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items displayed, the accuracy of the aggregator's content or listings, and the ability of the aggregator and merchant/vendor to sell items or provide services.

TalkCharge does not provide warranties for the content, listings, bookings, or services offered on its platform by various aggregators or merchant/vendors. It is understood that any issues or disputes related to warranty, guarantee, quality, and service will be resolved according to the terms and conditions set by the aggregator or the merchant/vendors. You agree to address such matters directly between you and the aggregator or merchant/vendor.

TalkCharge bears no responsibility for any warranty, guarantee, post-sale claims, genuineness of listings/bookings, content, products, and services. The platform will not be held liable for any claims, including, but not limited to, misrepresentation by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor in their content, listings, or bookings.

Despite any conflicting provisions contained herein, the service, interface, API work, and their respective information, pricing, and data, as well as availability, are susceptible to human, mechanical, typographic, or other errors, oversights, mistakes, limitations, and delays. Service interruptions may occur at any time and from time to time, including, without limitation, those attributed to computer hardware and software, telecommunication and operating systems, databases, business processes and procedures, and other issues inherent in or associated with the use of the internet and electronic communications. These interruptions may also result from force majeure events, government/regulatory actions, orders, notifications, and acts or omissions of third parties.

Any amount transacted erroneously for any given services or for any reason by the USER shall not be refunded to the USER in any circumstances.

The user acknowledges and agrees that TalkCharge is not a participant in the contract between the user and the merchant establishment. TalkCharge does not endorse any advertiser or merchant linked to its website. Additionally, TalkCharge is not obligated to monitor the services/products provided by the merchant establishment and used by the user. The merchant establishment is solely responsible for all contractual obligations, including warranties or guarantees.

Any disputes or complaints against a merchant establishment must be directly addressed by the user with the merchant establishment. It is explicitly stated that TalkCharge is not accountable for any deficiencies in goods and/or services purchased through its platform.

Furthermore, if the TalkCharge wallet is used to avail services on the website, such as prepaid recharges, postpaid utility payments, or the purchase of e-gift cards, the user is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances or for any reason.

Any transaction made in error by the user for any account or any request to transfer cashback or reversals to a different bank account will not be refunded or redirected to another bank account by TalkCharge under any circumstances.

Any web-link on the platform to a third party site is not an endorsement of that web-link. By using or browsing any such other web-link, the USER shall be subject to the terms and conditions in relation to that web-link.

In the event of any dispute (defined below), TalkCharge records shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through use of TalkCharge account or wallet.

TalkCharge will not be responsible for recovering the money in case the account holder initiates fund transfer to an unintended or incorrect account.

These following terms and conditions shall be applicable to the provision of any fund transfer and fund collection facility provided / facilitated by TalkCharge. The USER shall provide correct beneficiary details to TalkCharge at the time of availing the said facility. The USER shall be solely responsible for entering wrong beneficiary details like incorrect virtual payment address or incorrect mobile number or account no or ifsc code, due to which the fund are transferred to an incorrect beneficiary. The USER agrees that the payment order shall become irrevocable when it is executed by TalkCharge.

The user bears responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of instructions provided to TalkCharge. If the instructions are in the form and manner prescribed by TalkCharge, they are deemed sufficient to operate the provided facility. TalkCharge is not obligated to independently verify these instructions. The platform holds no liability if it fails to stop or prevent the implementation of any payment order issued by the user. Once a payment order is issued, it cannot be subsequently revoked by the user.

All instructions, requests, directives, orders, directions, entered by the USER, are based upon the USER’s decisions and are the sole responsibility of the USER.

Refunds (if any) will be credited to your TalkCharge wallet account.

In case of a refund of any product or service, the cashback amount will be rolled back. In case the cashback has been consumed by a user, the required amount will be deducted from the original refund amount of the product/ service.
